TERMS OF SALE: A down payment deposit of $10,000 is due immediately upon the conclusion of the bidding with the balance due at closing in 30 days. The deposit will be held in a trust account until the closing date. At the closing, the buyer will pay the balance of the purchase price and take title and possession of the property. The seller and the purchaser must sign the purchase agreement. The purchaser will receive a free and clear title with all real estate taxes prorated to the date of the final settlement.
